PLATINUM HAIR BY BELLE SALON POLICY 2024

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for preparation. 
  • Our staff will provide new clients with a quotation prior to services proceeding. 
  • Our pricing reflects the professional and experience of our stylists. 
  • All prices are subject to change due to increases operating costs. 
  • Increased time, longer hair typically requires more time for, cutting, styling, colouring, or treatments. The additional time justifies a higher price. 
  • Our salon has pricing tiers based on length, so it’s common to higher charge for medium to long hair compared to short hair. This pricing ensures that the salon can fairly cover the additional time, Labor and products required for longer hair. 
  • While we take the utmost care, Platinum Hair By Belle is not responsible for any garments or personal items during you visit. 
  • Appointment confirmation texts are sent 48 hours before your service. Platinum Hair By Belle reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments. 
  • If you are running late, please notify us as it may affect your treatment time. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment, forfeiture of any deposits paid. Our bookings are pre scheduled and delays will impact our prescheduled other services 
  • Cancellations & rescheduling within 48 hours will not result in a refund of deposits. However you may transfer your deposit to your next appointment, provided its within 2 weeks of the original appointment. Only one deposit transfer is allowed; otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel the appointment within 48 hours you deposit will also be forfeited. 
  • Platinum Hair By Belle cannot tolerate abusive, disrespectful, rude, violent or aggressive behaviour to our staff, offenders will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to return.

  • Platinum Hair By Belle ensures that all information provided by clients is kept secure and confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party. 
  • We request that all children attending the salon are accompanied by an adult and are monitored.   
  • If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment. 
  • We will do our best to resolve any issues during this period; concerns raised after 7 days will not be addressed.
